About

I specialize in working with women navigating CPTSD, dissociation, attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach integrates somatic and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and parts-oriented work, honoring both the wisdom of the body and the importance of relational connection.

I practice through a trauma-informed, decolonized lens that recognizes how systemic oppression and inherited survival strategies impact mental health. Healing is not about fixing who you are—it is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that adapted in order to survive. I strive to create a collaborative, culturally responsive, and affirming space that honors your lived experience, identities, intuition, and inner wisdom.

My work incorporates nervous system regulation, grounding, mindfulness, attachment repair, body awareness, and gentle trauma processing at a pace that prioritizes safety and stabilization. I believe healing involves learning to listen to your body, emotions, boundaries, and internal cues with compassion rather than fear.
